APPLICATION:
Roller, Brush, Screen Printing, Dip Coating, Spray (if thinned with water) Flexographic Printing.
METHOD:
Ensure all items are completely free from grease and oils.
Fill and sand any imperfections.
Apply Approximately a quarter the depth of your fibre length in coating thickness eg. 1 mm Flock = 0.25 dry film.
Apply Flock Immediately with either static gun or dusting bottle.
Initial dry time 30 mins 20C
Heat from 20-80C for quicker drying time.
Leave for at least 24 hours before touching and removing excess flock.
Please note absolute drying times differ between substrates.
