ULTRASONIC CLEANING FLUID SENSITIVE METALS FORMULA 1 LT 

 

A specialist formulation for adding to ultrasonic cleaning tanks for the cleaning of carburettors , engine parts, valves, injectors, cylinder heads , heat exchangers including inter-coolers and radiators, etc. This product safely removes carbon, soot, grease, oil, fine particles, buffing compounds and oxidation. This fluid will not damage, corrode or darken metallic components including Aluminium , Copper , Tin and ferrous metals, great for manifolds.

Instructions – Dos And Don’ts

  • Do Degas fresh solution first, run tank up to temp for 15 mins or fill the night before failure to do this will result in poor cavitation.
  • Do not used distilled water it has no nuclei to form sonic bubbles.
  • Do use hot or heated water 60 Degrees is average.
  • Don’t Chuck items into bath place them slowly.
  • Don’t agitate item or move item about.
  • Don’t remove item in and out leave alone during cycle.
  • Don’t over crowd tank.
  • Mix up to 1:8 @ 40-80 Degrees Celsius in your tank.
